Volunteer work
Different volunteer positions will be relevant to you depending on what careers interest you.
Here are some examples:
Medicine
Many hospitals in London have volunteer programs so you can get some experience in a hospital setting, this is usually a weekly commitment of a few hours
Law
Some firms have pro bono work (volunteering) programs that make your CV more competitive when applying for formal/paid positions against law students
Finance
Charities or non-profits may need people to handle bookkeeping or accounting. These roles can help you develop transferable skills. Find positions here:
Online courses/classes
Taking online courses can help you develop knowledge in niche fields of interest or those outside of available modules in your course.
Here are examples of sites with these online courses (some paid and some free), most of which make you pay for an official certificate of completion but most of the time, a screenshot of a completion page is sufficient proof to an employer if they even ask.
